It was alright but I do prefer meatloaf and probably won't be making it again anytime soon.

In my daughter's young mind, it probably seemed like haute cuisine. I didn't have the heart to tell her it was essentially a glorified burger with onion gravy. There was a period of about 5 years where she always asked for the same thing on her birthday.

I like burgers with onion gravy.

But it has to be good onion gravy.
