I've mentioned this before, but I subscribe to a seafood CSA out of Alaska. I love fish, but sometimes it starts overwhelming my freezer space. So every few months I make a batch of this Brazilian fish stew called Moqueca. In addition to fish, shrimp, or whatever else I'm trying to use up, it also has peppers, tomatoes, and coconut milk. It's delicious.
