No picture from last night's supper but it was shredded chicken from the slow cooker. Success! delish! Did some potatoes to go with.
Will probably have leftover tonight (Monday) so I'll take a pic. (If I remember! LOL)

No pictures here either...I made some stovetop chicken that I spiced with Gyro Spices. I served that on Greek Pita with Tzatziki and a Greek White sauce, for DH I chopped some Romaine and Roma Tomatoes. What inspired the meal was an old recipe for Greek Potato Salad. It is a no-mayo potato salad and the dressing of olive oil, lemon juice (or vinegar) and oregano, sounded like it would be good warm too. I used baby red tomatoes. DH enjoyed the meal, as did I too.

Today, I got staples removed...not sure what I'll do for dinner, but I gotta figure it out soon.

Sunday gravy with just meatballs and Italian sausage. Subs in the future with extra meatballs I made.

I had a pork patty, a Danish type called a karbonade or krebinet. I had a salad of carrot, cabbage, onion sprouts, lettuce, and peas and the last of my batch vinaigrette. There was brown basmati rice stir fried with mushrooms and sesame seeds to go with that. I will probably have the other karbonade in tonight's supper.

Snip, snip.....I posted this elsewhere.

We had wings; cheese fondue with pierogies, meatballs, bread, veggies, apple slices, pretzel knots, as dippers; pizza; Caesar salad; chips and homemade salsa; Dirt cups with Gummi worms; and did not get to the chocolate fondue with fruit.

I didn't have wings in the freezer, and Walmart was out of them (as I'm sure all the stores were for the last week). I had hot dogs with sauerkraut and spicy mustard while watching the game commercials.
