Simple dinner for me. Omelet with spinach, mushrooms, bell pepper, and goat cheese. Along with leftover zucchini falafel.

I've had this Fred Flintstone Prime ribeye in the freezer for a while, and decided to cook it on the pellet smoker. It turned out great. It tastes just like Prime Rib/Standing Rib Roast. That makes sense, since it is the same cut of beef.

About two hours at 200F using oak pellets.
