I've had this Fred Flintstone Prime ribeye in the freezer for a while, and decided to cook it on the pellet smoker. It turned out great. It tastes just like Prime Rib/Standing Rib Roast. That makes sense, since it is the same cut of beef.
About two hours at 200F using oak pellets.

@caseydog, I like that term Fred Flintstone steak much better than what they are called here. Here, they call that a tomahawk cut. I think I will switch to calling that Fred Flintstone cut.

I had some more of the chicken Stroganoff and spelt spaghetti. There's one taxlady sized serving left.

Hoisin chicken drumsticks. The sauce went all over. I doubled the sauce, which I guess I didn't need to do. There was too much so it didn't caramelize as much as it should have.
Spinach Ravioli with a Alfredo Mushroom and Chicken sauce I dug out of the freezer. Was great - the sauce, due to freezing, had split but the taste was amazing!
They are usually called tomahawk steaks here, too, but I prefer Fred Flinstone steak.

Freddie's had roasts on sale. $5.99 instead of $8.99, so I couldn't resist, got 2. Used 1 last night to make a new recipe, Beefy Irish Pub Sandwiches. I had to make a few adjustments, as noted. They were excellent!
