I had a couple of Dungeness crabs in the freezer and wasn't quite sure what to do with them. So I picked out the meat and used the shells to make stock. I used the crab meat and some of the stock to make a batch of Moqueca, which is a Brazilian seafood stew. I also supplemented it with some shrimp. I froze the remaining stock and will probably use it to make chowder somewhere down the road.

What did everyone else have?

Chicken Bacon Ranch sub, Goldfish crackers, and dark chocolate while watching the Duke/Baylor game that we recorded earlier today.

I'm not a Duke fan, but don't like Baylor -- I've met too many arrogant alumni. So, I hope Duke wins. (y) :D

My alma mater, UNT faces Oklahoma State in the NIT quarterfinals in a couple of days.

UNT is considered a "small school," with only 47,000 students.

I made a big salad we've been snacking on. Threw on some raw corn for crunch, pepitas, homemade buffalo sour cream ranch riff. Got a mandoline and having a blast slicing everything from my own fingers (just kidding I have cut gloves) 😂 to cucumber and celery.

Next I can use the rest of my sour cream to make that wonderful fondue @dragonlaw got me!!!!

You got your wish! Duke goes to the Sweet 16 Thursday. Hope your school does just as good in the NIT.
