Ladies and Gentlemen, tonight I present to you a meal that, once tasted you will not easily forget.
Mango Chutney Baked Chicken Thighs with a beautiful Russet Potato, gently done in the Micro then smothered in butter and sprinkled with White Pepper. Some steamed Broccoli seasoned with exotic Za'atar, along with Slices of Roma tomato and Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from Coratina Olives drizzled over both the Roma's and Broccoli.
