Tonight for supper, I made another new-to-me Danish dish, "Boller i Karry" (meatballs in curry). Danish fusion cuisine that has become a well loved staple in Denmark. The curry sauce has onions and apples in it, as well as Madras curry paste and turmeric. It usually has a bit of whipping cream, but on recommendation from the comments where I found the recipe, I used coconut milk. It's just a bit at the end to round out the flavour. I served it with a green salad, some hot mango chutney, and brown basmati rice. We enjoyed that, but I will tweak the recipe.

LO is the menu tonight. Nothing fancy. Spent the day working on a couple of Cranberry Sauce recipes. One is my go-to and one is new. Didn't want to "risk it all" on that new one!

We had breakfast for supper today. First, sausages and eggs his-and-her style. His were very runny, while mine balanced them out with over hard (don't judge :glare:). Followed that up with fluffy fluffy pancakes.

What did you eat today?
No judgment here @Cooking Goddess ... DH prefers over hard, he's not a big fan of the runny yolk.
But those sausages, GIMME!! What brand are those?

I decided that we needed some Hawaii-Style comfort food for dinner this evening ...
What we call Won Ton Mein Deluxe ... I've shown y'all this countless times, but MAN, I wanna tell ya, THAT hit the spot! *belch*

I buy them at Aldi, @Kaneohegirlinaz. A 12 ounce package of 14 links runs somewhere around $2.50 to $3. I usually break the package in half, freeze half and cook half. If I am slow at doing that, I cook up the whole package and freeze half.

Dinner last night was - Skirt steak, mushrooms, and broccoli rabe. I made a dipping sauce for the steak.
