42 hour until the new fridge. Meanwhile, wasn't going to lose the scallops! I made a bacon and butter bean puree, put the seared scallops on top, and served steamed broccoli on the side.

What did you eat?
 
I needed to clean up the kitchen to cook. But, by the time I had done that, I was too pooped to cook.

So, we ordered from our favourite Italian resto. They tend to give very large servings. So, we shared some fettuccine Alfredo with added Italian sausage and prosciutto and a Caesar salad. It was delicious. We ate it all, but oh my, we were both very full. Oh and that came with a warm, white baguette.
