Wow, it's late and no supper thread yet.

I made leek and potato soup, using Julia Child's simple recipe. I assembled some ham and cheese sandwiches to be grilled and left them for Stirling to grill. Of course, the bread was whole grain. That was delicious and very filling.

What did you have for supper?

Hummus, sort of Tzatziki but with cilantro & pumpkin-sweetcorn fritters

Pork tenderloin roasted/baked with an Apricot Mustard Sauce. Along side was rice, sweet potato, zucchini.
that's a lunch plate and I squished it all on, was really too much, not only for the plate but for me! and I ate ever single little drippy drop.
Delish, the sauce was very good, not something I would make a lot of but occasionally.
