Take your butcher some barbecue. I had a extra butt today so I took it to my butcher. He had a half a lug of ground beef sitting by the grinder. I asked "How much" He said 1.18 a pound if you take the whole thing. 30 pounds put up in two pound bags in the freezer now. :grin:

It works great on the guy who owns the local apple orchard as well! I get a real sweet deal on his trimmings!
