Tex-Mex Dry Rub
3 tablespoons salt
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Combine all the ingredients, mix well, and store in an airthight container
for up to 3 months.
Using 1/2 teaspoon per side of each steak, pat the dry rub into the meat on one side, turn, and rub into the other side.
