We had rotisserie chicken, sour cream & chive mashed potatoes and mushrooms sautéed in butter with salt, pepper and Maggi Sauce.

It all looks great! We had leftovers from yesterday. All still pretty tasty. Fajitas, Spanish rice-a-roni, and homemade guacamole with chips. :)

Chinese pepper steak over rice.

I started to make supper. I cut up a pork loin. Then I realized that I was dithering and that I wasn't going to manage to cook supper. I wrapped the pieces of pork individually in waxed paper and put them in a freezer, zipper bag. I put that in the fridge, in case I have more brains tomorrow and don't want to have to thaw stuff.

So, we ordered from Thai Express. It was good.

We had salads, tuna from last night, and store bought mini lobster rolls. Garden salads, too. Last dill pickle, but I have a dozen curing and almost ready for the fridge.

Had to run a couple of late errands.

Stopped at a diner. Jeannie had a salad and I had a chili cheese dog..

Cheater apple/cheese Danish was dessert.

Nobody really had an appetite last night.
It was just too hot and muggy to do anything.
Freezer dive time....

Home made pizza rolls & chocolate shakes.
Gotta beat the heat somehow.
