I thought he made it. He could tell us how much he used. He would also know what sizes of punnets of mushrooms are sold in in Israel.

but it doesn't matters. if u like a lot you can add a lot..

ive reduced the turmeric to 1 or 1.5 teaspoons
and reduced the ground fennel to 1 teaspoon
