careful what you wish for chaps.....shout the devils name & all that...mwah ha ha ha hahhhhh!!
been helping a chum with her small but very busy catering business.mad busy at this time of year.bloody hard work....bleedin' knackered i are!!
any road up,last night it was dino ribs,tyrannoporkus ribicuss,diplopokeus gigantidoodahdayicus....biggGGG ribs.those three bad boys weighed in at nearly 1.5kilos/3lbs...a pound of outdoor reared meaty porky deliciousness each!!good job there was two of us dining!!
ever been to the chinese,had great ribs & wondered how they get that magical flavour?well this mix absolutely nails it,guaranteed,& not a grain of msg to be seen either!
so there we have it,harry's chinese ribs,prawn fried rice & steamed pak choi with oyster sauce.peroni chillier than a winter sleigh ride.thank you!!

Hey Harry, lookin' good! Oh, and that food was sumptuous too.

Cleaning out things, made steamed broc/cauli/carrots, mashed up the two baked Russets I had for something else and never did make, pan scalloped apples, and a pair of Barber chicken breasts. Hoping we run out of food before we run out of days left at home...
