My homemade "Paniolo (that's Hawaiian for Cowboy) Chili"

I like Chili over that ever present steamed White Rice and then top everything off with freshly grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese and chopped Sweet White Onions, ONO (that's Hawaiian for delicious)!!!!
