I don't what to call this soup, all I know is it's tasty and a great for a hot summer day. Add a glass of anything icy cold and a flat bread of some sort and you're set.
Saute 2 minced med. onions, 2 large celery stalks finely chopped.2 apples your choice,core,peel and chop,in 2 tab. butter.til tender,do not brown. Add 2 Tab. curry powder, cook and stir 2 min. Blend in 1/4cup a/p flour cook and stir 2 min. Gradually add in4 cups chicken stock cook and stir til smooth and thickened. Season with cayenne to taste.Add some salt to taste. Now add 1/4cup of finely chopped chicken. Cool then refrigerate and serve in chilled bowl garnich with avocdo slices, and lime slices...enjoy
