tomato yogurt sauce

this sauce really tastes good and can be eaten with any meat dish.

just take one cup of yogurt and cream it with a little water ,so that its not too thick.Now boil one large ripe nice tomato ,peel and mash and add to the yogurt.Add one tsp of tahini paste,half a tsp of onion powder,one minced garlic clove,salt,freshly ground black pepper,finely chopped parsley and chives to the mixture.The sauce is ready!

NOTE: you can blend the yogurt and tomato in the food processor,so that they are well blended,and then add the rest of the ingredients.
