I made an Italian sausage, chicken, and root vegi tray bake. I coated everything in some homemade vinaigrette with added cumin and paprika. The root vegis were rutabuggers, carrots, celeriac, daikon radish, Jerusalem fartichokes, small onions, and giant cloves of garlic. That was delicious and there are some lovely leftovers, that I already have plans for.

We ordered Chinese takeout - orange chicken combo with pork fried rice and an egg roll for me, boneless ribs with the same sides for DH.
