You get some nice sized Rye Chips here with Rye Berries, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds.

This item had a hard crunch for sure.

Flavor though was amazing

A big thumbs up from me a must try item.

I think the closest equivalent in Canada would be Rye Krisps but I'm not sure about the sourdough part, LOL.

Some Wasa crisp rye bread is sourdough according to the package. I like them. The closest thing to this in Canada is probably to buy some Mestemacher bread and toast it. This one:
