Tri Tip seasoned with a little Lawry's Seasoning Salt and a liberal dose of black pepper and Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning. Smoked with a little peach wood.

A full grill, the tri tip, mushrooms, sweet peppers and green onions


Perfect timing, everything is done at the same time

While the tri tip is resting I grilled up some Cheesy garlic bread


Plated with all of the above and some Ranch style beans.

Looks great V. Where the heck did you find those huge green onions, all I can find around me is the little ones, a bit bigger that chives.
