TRUTH !!
In 1963, Dan Blocker, who played Eric "Hoss" Cartwright on Bonanza, started
the Bonanza Steakhouse chain. The first Bonanza opened in Westport,
Connecticut. Sam Wyly and his brother Charles Wyly bought the small Bonanza
restaurant chain three years later.
