I mixed up some bulk Italian sausage. I used it in Chef John's Italian White Bean and Sausage Stew. To me it's more soup than stew, but whatever. It's really delicious and hearty. I had 3 bowls and a slice of toasted rugbrød (Danish style heavy rye bread).

Just realized i didn't take a photo of the finished tenderloin I prepped. Ahhh well, I try to remember to take a picture with the last two. Will probably have them on Weds. but .... who knows!

Talking about the Pan-Fried Pork with Roasted Apple and Fennel.

New to me recipe from a Chatelaine magazine.
