This is one of his favorite meals, I'll translate the Star Wars names commonly in use by DS... a.k.a "Wookie". Drives his mom nuts.

Ground Jawa = beef
Droid casings = shells
Space sealant = guacamole
Space oil = taco sauce
Bantha fodder = various veggies, shredded cheese.

I had an early dinner of honey-mustard-dill salmon, veggies, and cottage cheese.

We had baked beans and air fried potatoes for lunch and meal sized salads for dinner. Black bean brownies for dessert or snack.

SO had baked haddock and I had pan fried salmon. We had Thai pickled cucumbers as a side.

Finished off the rest of the stew and threw in some leftover pan roasted vegie.

I roasted a couple of chicken legs. I had the two drumsticks and saved the thighs for something else. I nuked some already cooked potatoes and had those with mushroom sauce. I also had an experimental salad. I deseeded a few cherry tomatoes and cut them up. I smashed some cucumber and cut that into bite sized pieces. I cut up a scallion. Then I sprinkled some Lao Gan Ma Chilli Crisp on top and stirred it all together and served it on some yogourt. I got the idea from a video by Kenji Lopez Alt where he mentioned in passing that he really likes putting eggs or cucumber on a base yogourt and putting chilli crisp on top. He was right. The combination of the tart yogourt and spicy, crunchy, chilli crisp is really good. I will do that kind of thing again.

Mr. Forty, I've looked at this over and over, and maybe this is from before my time (2017), but I don't know who DS, AKA Wookie is. It is one of those trivial things that tends to occupy my mind more than it should. Would you mind putting my mind at rest?
