Turkey DROEWORS.. what parts of turkey they use?..

when making turkey DROEWORS they use a mix of turkey breast and dark turkey, is that true?
if yes, how it will be if made from dark turkey only without the breast?
i don't plan on preparing. i buy them. but i'm curious to know if you have an answer for this..

Droewors appears to be a dried meat sausage. I don't think dark or white meat turkey will effect the difference much at all.

breast only is too tough and dry.
one time i bought breast only and got very disappointed
