Maybe that's why I don't really care for certain vegie soups. I don't even bother to read those recipes like for Minestrone or Italian Wedding Soup.I rarely use just water, as I find the soup to taste ' empty' . The broth kinda fills in the flavor voids
there have been a few tho and a couple from DC members! But one from Seasons & Supper blog, Pork and Ricotta Meatballs with Parmesan Broth was to die for! Gotta make some soon!
