Has anyone used pork rinds for breading instead of bread crumbs?

Looking for opinions. Sounds interesting to me. Might add a different flavor.

Pork rids absorb water like a sponge. They become very soft. If I sere to try that, I would mic them in with corn meal, or panko to season rather than coat. I believe steam from the cooking food would turns the pork skins to mush.

Place a cicerone into your mouth and observe how quickly it starts to disintegrate.

I haven't tried it myself, but I have read about it for low carb cooking. I guess you would just have to make sure there was no water involved.
