Veal chops

Okay--on the way home from curling, I stopped to buy a ham at a store that had ham on special...ham was sold out, but in the "discount" bin, there were veal chops. I don't make veal chops often, but they were 65% off and dated Sunday...so I thought...why not. Challenge--veal chop recipes?

I like to have ground up almonds or pecans around....mix them with panko crumbs and bread chops however you like....dip in seasoned flour, then beaten egg, then the nut/panko mix. Fry them quickly in a non stick pan until nicely browned, then put them in the oven, covereed for a bit, until tender when you push a fork in.....Enjoy
