My favorite recipe for creole mustard is Zatarain's!;) J/K Really the only "mustard" we make is a mustard sauce for stone crab claws. We do use Coleman's dry mustard for various recipes. Welcome to DC!:)

I like to make mustard. My recipe is pretty simple. Dry mustard mixed with water and a touch of vinegar. salt to taste. Let it sit for a spell and it can be quite pungent. I like pungent. As far as commercial products go, I really like the little cellophane packs of Chinese mustard available at our local take out place. I haven't been able to deconstruct it yet, but I keep trying.
 
Not a recipe but a serving idea.

I used to smoke a whole turkey and serve all my mustards to dip into.It worked good for parties since people like to pick at the bird
