I have some basil to use up, so am going to make gnocchi Sorrentina (premade fresh gnocchi) along with a pork chop. Probably with green beans.

What will you be making, or have you already eaten for the evening meal?

I had a Danish dish that I really like. it's called Pariserbøf. It's a ground beef patty on bread with a raw egg yolk, horseradish, chopped red onion, chopped pickled beets, and another chopped pickle (I used a hot giardiniera). It's also supposed to have capers. I just now realized that I forgot the capers. :doh: It was still delicious. I also had some of the coleslaw that I made yesterday.
