Tonight we had a classic sausage & biscuits meal for dinner tnight. We usually have it for breakfast but decided to switch it up a bit lol. The kids loved it too! Very hearty and delicious end to the day.

I used canned navy beans. Instead of kale (this is a great place to use kale, even if you don't like kale), I used rainbow chard, bok choy, and some limp lettuce. I served it with whole wheat baguette and Grana Podana that we each grated onto the soup.
