I just found this post sitting here, waiting for me to hit enter.

When I was shopping for stuff to go in my produce basket, I came across a new item. It's an individual size serving of frozen quiche. People had already been buying the full sized ones and the reviews were all favourable. I like when frozen food can be cooked or heated from frozen. That really ups the convenience factor. So, I had one for supper. I tried the feta and spinach one. It was quite good. I'll try their other single serving flavour soon. I also had a salad with some blue cheese dressing. I made the dressing with a "Mediterranean style" yogourt as the base. It's 10% milk fat and tastes really nice.

I made my shrimp and rice dish and am eating my way through that. I did take a pic, but honestly, it looks like something the cat threw up, so I decided to not expose everyone to that. LOL

I went hunting for mac and cheese in my freezer today for lunch and oh boy. Remember when I fit that pork in the shelf and it froze itself over the bar? I sort of did that when I packed my freezer with chicken. This chicken breast will go here, this one can be folded in here...but when I had to pull them all out to find the mac and cheese, of course none of them fit back in the way they all came out. I swear, I had frostbite on my hands before I was done and had to take the ham, one chicken breast, and a serving of stuffed shells before out before I could fit everything back in again. Which is the long way of saying, guess what I get to eat tomorrow, and the night after that, and the night after that...?
