Everything sounds good and looks great. My first choice, though, would still be s&p's cheesecake.


We ate early enough today that we managed to slip in dessert a few hours later. On my most recent trip to Aldi, they had two-count packages of strudel for around $2.50. I bought an apple one, and a chocolate-raspberry one. We split an apple strudel tonight, topped with some vanilla bean ice cream. Lots of yum with very little effort.

We went out for burgers at a recently opened The Habit, very close to us. Meh, I make better burgers.

We sure do..we rarely go out in our home town any more..occasionally we'll hit a McD's for some crappy take out breakfast because it is just around the block, but we know what we're getting into..I only go out when we go into the city and then it's usually Asian or other ethnic food because that is something we don't do as well..

Well, for me, I don’t think so...
When it comes to cooking I’m just so so at best.
