I had pasta with marinara sauce and a cinnamon bun.

A bowl of Honey Nut Cheerio's with some no sugar added Del Monte peaches. Worked in the yard this afternoon and didn't feel like cooking.

I had a jar of tomato (from the garden) sauce that didn't seal the other day so we had ww spaghetti and tomato mushroom sauce. Green beans boiled, and seasoned air fried okra, both from the garden.
The spaghetti was from the spaghetti tree.

Watermelon.

We had Costco's Korean BBQ Style wings and pasta salad.

Another grazing day. Sandwiches and snacks. I dropped another two pounds over the last week, even with my "big ole' butt." I was pretty good about limiting my portion sizes.

repeat of the Boursin and smoked salmon. Very yummy and sorry it was the last of the salmon. (well, that pkg anyway, still have a couple more but not opening them just yet)

I had the rest of the curried cabbage with ground pork. Now I know. It reheats well. Tuesday, I got a couple of frozen, ready-to-bake chocolate chip cookies with my produce basket. I baked those and had them for dessert. They were very good and very moreish.

Tovala meals of pasta with roasted red pepper sauce. I had a lonely zucchini in the vegetable drawer so chunked it, salt and pepper, EVOO and divided it up into 2 Tovala pans so it would roast while the pasta cooked. Have some sub rolls for another meal, so used 1 for garlic bread.
