I pulled out my very last corned beef from the freezer. We're having traditional corned beef and cabbage tonight. I hope we have enough beef left for sandwiches later this week

This looks so good. I love corned beef and cabbage dinners. The sandwiches are especially yummy too...hope you have enough leftover for a couple of sammies, CG.
