Looking at all these discussions of good food has made me hungry. So, I am raiding the refrigerator for a garlic dill pickle. What are you having for a snack right now?

butter mochi? i've had a lot of fruit types, vanilla, chocolate, even green tea and red bean, but butter?????????

Butter mochi is a dessert made with mochi flour. I will post the recipe in the dessert page. Mochi is usually eaten at the begining of a new year. Because mochi is sticky, it symbolizes family strength.

No Bucky, you are talking about mochi ice cream. Butter mochi is baked in a cake pan and it is much sweeter than regular mochi.
