What is a good dip for carrots?

Carrots can go sweet or savory depending on what you like best.


Hummus-can also go sweet or savory.
Warm spices go nice with carrots too. Cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, star anise, anise seeds, nutmeg, all spice.
 
I would say that carrots go well with just about any dip or salad dressing that you like.
Here are some of things we use:
  • Green goddess dressing
  • Hummus
  • Vinaigrette with lots of herbs and garlic
  • Blue cheese dressing or dip
  • Onion dip
  • Salsa

I can supply recipes for any of the above. I have an extra easy recipe for the vinaigrette and very easy instructions for the onion dip.
 
This is one My Mother made for years growing up always a hit.
Vegetable Dip
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Mayonnaise (not Mircle whip)
1 TBL Beaumonde Spice ( find in the Spice Island brand)
1 Tbl Onion Flakes
1 Tbl Parsley Flakes
1 Tsp dill weed
Mix altogether and refridge for at least an hour before serving.
 
Peanut sauce
Thousand Island dressing
Baba Ganoush
Cream cheese with pineapple
Cream cheese with chopped olives

Nutella
