Dorado tacos here.

I'll use coleslaw instead of lettuce, and I have some cherry tomatoes on the vine I'd like to start using up.
Like is my typical way now, all the produce and cheese will go in one bowl and be spooned on for ease of bldg. the taco. And also to be eaten as a taco salad tomorrow or the day after. Probably Playoff Sunday..

I'm watching the news people act as if Snowmageddon is imminent. Yesterday, I made a one-pot wonder from Budget Bytes with sausage and mushroom. We will have the same tonight as it makes a lot. I use spicy Italian sausage in it. So easy and one-pot...as it says. ;)

I am going to make some bacon-wrapped, shrimp and cream cheese stuffed jalapenos, fried shrimp, and crinkle fries tonight! I will put either a tiny scoop of peas or sauteed spinach on the plate just to make myself feel better, LOL! I will update with photos later, as we generally don't eat until after 10pm.

What are you planning on eating or have eaten for dinner tonight?

My near future includes incorporating It sausage into more pasta dishes (y)

Roman style Whiting fish filet with Sicilian style sweet potatoes and asparagus with lemon and olive oil (Pesce Romano con patati duci a la Siciliana e asparagi all’agro ). I won't be using whiting filets any more for this recipe because they're too delicate. Even with a fish spatula they wanted to fall apart when I turned them.

I had 16-20 count per pound jumbo shrimp that I butterflied. I used a cream cheese, garlic, bread crumb, and Cajun seasoning mixture with the shrimp to stuff the jalapeños and wrapped them with partially cooked bacon, securing with toothpicks.

The jalapeños were huge!

That's a shadow on my hand, BTW.

They're almost done.

Ordered Domino's delivery. Philly steak and cheese for me, spinach bread and salad for Mrs. Boss, Chicken Alfredo bowl for DS.

Miss Gracie Lou got some canned dog food on her kibble.

Air fried french fries oil-free, brown and crispy with soy yogurt dip or ketchup! It was, YUM.
Chocolate hummus with vanilla nice-cream available for dessert.
(brrr it's cold out)!!

I had a small bowl of cabbage soup. Then sautéed some shrooms and heated the chicken drumstick and some of the blue fingerling potatoes and cumin carrots from yesterday's tray bake in the same skillet. I had a salad of mustard greens, green crisp lettuce, sorrel, cucumber, sliced red onion, and chopped cauliflower. I dressed it with blue cheese dressing. No pix today.
