If you have a way to slice it thin you could make Philly style cheesesteaks on an Italian baguette, or you could make braciole with stuffing of your choice, braised in tomato sauce.

Thank you SLoB, that's a great idea too. DH loves his Philly Cheesesteaks! We went to a local shop this past Saturday. They had their 21st Anniversary and all sandwiches were $4 off on an 8-inch or $8 off on a 16-inch...to say the place was crowded is an understatement. Especially these days!? They were working hard and the sandwiches were great, as usual!
