I tried another new-to-me Danish recipe. This one qualifies as a one pot meal. It was chilly here today, so it was well suited. It's called "Karrykål Med Hakket Svinekød", which means, "Curried cabbage with ground pork". So, pretty basic, but easy and doesn't take too long; it tastes good enough; and it's filling. There is also sliced carrot and onion. I'll be making this again. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of simple ways to enhance this dish on a day where I have the energy to do that.
