What's 4 dinner Wednesday, 3/7/07

Korean short ribs (spicy) and vegetable (red pepper, carrots, cucumber, rice noodles, spring onions, Boston lettuce) summer rolls with a dipping sauce.
 
Dinner was penne with tuna, celery, florina peppers and olives in tomato sauce, with a salad and pumpkin bread pudding as dessert.
 
DH brought home one of those ready pizzas from the meat case today, along with some extra mozzerella and pepperoni to put on it.
He says we have a "date" tonight. ;)
 
We're having the leftovers that we should have had last night... tacos, lamb, potatoes, roast, gravy, French bread and what ever else we can dig up that hasn't turned green. lol
 
Herb-crusted pork tenderloin, with a couple slices of bacon in the dish for basting, green beans with onions and bacon, mac and cheese, and french bread. yup, I'm from Kansas. and a little frustrated with it.
