When you say "rub", do you just spread it on all over, massage it, or really rub hard on a cutting board?I make a loose paste with the things I mentioned and rub it on the lamb, then let it sit for a while. About 30 minutes to an hour if it's lollipop chops or bite size pieces, longer if bigger.
What does rubbing do that just marinating in a bag does not do?
