Tomorrow, my coworkers and I are having a working breakfast meeting. I am debating between biscuits and gravy, French toast, or a Denver Omelet. I have to be careful to not eat too much or a will be useless at work the rest of the day. The restaurant we go to makes half omelets using only 2 eggs.

PA, I love raisin bran. For breakfast I had the omelet with ham, onions, green peppers, and cheese.

We had French toast stuffed with peaches, raspberries & cream cheese, scrambled eggs, & bacon. I ate way too much!

I was up at 5:30 but I did all my prep work last night. All I had to do was dip & cook the French toast, scramble the eggs, & re-heat the bacon since I cooked it last night too. I always make sure I have time to sit on the porch & have a cup of coffee before anyone else gets up.
