Love, love, love raspberries.. Oh, did I say I'm fond of raspberries?!

At any rate, our Kroger had some of the prettiest fresh raspberries on sale so I purchased 2 containers. Had had a recipe for a dessert I'd been wanting to try. Omigosh! Delicious and easy.

Last week Wednesday I wanted fruit salad, but I was being clumsy that day. I did end up making it...and keeping all my fingers, too. Since then I have made fruit salad four more times. Still no cut fingers.

We went out for dinner last night - it's Restaurant Week, so a 3-course meal - and brought dessert home: brownie a la mode with whipped cream added by me. So good.
