Thank you, Kadesma! Mr HB and I enjoyed this dinner very much and I plan on making it again soon :) .

Now I'm thinking of all kinds of meats to cover with Yorkies.

Nice twist on the Yorkies, Jan. I will definitely have to try that.
Today was baked ham, scalloped potatoes, broc and cheese sauce. Tomorrow roast beef and yorkies for our 2pm "dinner", as well as being the dinner special at work. Yeh! I get to do it twice in one day! Okay, back to my corner.:dry:
