Ramen noodle bowl with shrimp, Asian pork belly, baby bok choy, shiitakis, roasted red bell, green onions and cilantro garnish. The broth was the braising liquid for the pork belly, strained and defatted.

Dinner was stove top grilled flat iron steak and pappardelle tossed with butter & chives.
I didn't really like the flat iron steak but it was on sale. I'd rather have a strip or sirloin steak.

Stirling's teeth were still sore from the dentist visit, so he had Habitant pea soup for supper. I had a snack plate: chorizo, radishes, olives, fresh peas, right out of the pods, a seaweed called "sea asparagus", and Wasa crisp rye bread. The sea asperagus was new to me, but really good and crispy.
