Tonight I grilled chicken breasts with some wonderful spice from a great friend of mine - grilled asparagus, mushrooms, garlic and yellow squash and couscous. It was delish due to the great spice!

soup. portabellos & beef base with seasonings. i'm hungry again, could gather cheeses & crackers, yum. or a sammich.

I cooked a veggie burger on the george foreman grill (I love that thing!), made some delicious mashed potatoes (and added some grated mozzarella cheese in) and sauteed some broccoli and onions. Then topped it off with some bisto gravy. Tasted great!
