Grilled salmon and asparagus "risotto" made with barley (new recipe). Should be healthy and hopefully tasty! :)

Everyone around me seems to have gotten the same idea: Asian cuisine. One kid came back to campus tonight with leftover Korean food (I forget what) that his mom made while he was home. A bunch of people who live on my floor just ordered Chinese. As for me, I had sushi and green tea. Yummy!
