What's on the plate Monday August 31, 2020?

I made an antipasto pasta salad and served it on lettuce. I wanted to take pix, but I was too pooped to go upstairs and get my phone or tablet.

I fixed a crock pot Korean style tenderloin and few days ago and served it over mashed potatoes, garden green beans, home made herbed bread and peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Dh is now asleep on the couch.
 
Chicken breasts on the grill along with seasoned skillet roasted potatoes also on the grill. Gotta love cast iron.

I had another batch of gazpacho tonight, along some diced veggies and croutons.
One of those things I love to make in the summer.
