I think that I’m addicted to the smell and taste of the fresh lime juice as it mixes and mingles with the toasted spice mixture!

Here is my dinner! The kids are at a sleepover with their Meemaw and Peepaw so I get to CHILL at home with my favourite BLT! (I pre-made it this morning, wrapped it up and threw in the fridge! No mess for me 2-nite!) Yummers! Here's a pick!!

I have a cold and a horrible headache, so I'm not up for making a whole meal. We ordered from our favourite burger resto. DH got a build your own burger (you choose the type of bun and all the toppings and sauces) and I got crispy chicken. Unfortunately, my tater tots didn't arrive. We got a credit for that.

I had a microwaved sweet potato with butter and cinnamon sugar, cucumber sticks, and cranberry orange cookies.

Soycurls, broccoli, mushrooms stir-steamed, w/veggie rice, fresh squeezed orange juice over it. WW toast with avocado and tomato mushroom sauce on it. A square of orange dark chocolate for dessert.

We had leftovers or "refrigerator surprise." I need to get off my duff and back in the habit of dinner planning. I have allowed anything to distract me from chores lately.
