Where can you eat dairy-free pizza in Bay area?

My elderly Mom is allergic to milk, but she loves pizza.
Where can you eat out (preferably a place where
waiters serve you so you don't have to do anything)
dairy-free pizza in San Francisco/San Jose/Oakland Bay
area? She lives in Menlo Park, one town north of Palo Alto
(smack in the middle of San Francisco and San Jose).

I would think any pizza restaurant or restaurant serving pizza can make a pizza with sauce and veg and meats minus the cheese. Italians love tomato pie and never put cheese on it.
